Can recieve calls while roaming, but cannot make calls. Will not take email address. Im thru cellularone an the roaming towers r at&t an i should be able to make calls.

If you have a BB Data with your acct it should work because it would be registered to the wireless network. Email and all that is tied up in it to make it smooth. If you have one already it could be your service books need to be updated check with your carrier to have them force it to your phone. HTH
