Exclamation Cannot connect BB to PC (Storm 9500)

Please Login to Remove!

Hello!

I have problem connect my BlackBerry 9500 to my Computer (USB). Already tried reinstall BB Manager etc. but still no luck.
I found that there are many people with same problem, but i searched solution 3 days - still no luck.
(When i connect BB via USB, PC shows that USB drive is not recognized)

Can You please give me advise how to do that?

I might be on the wrong track here, but have you gone into: Options. Memory and ensured Media Card Support is ON, and Mass Storage Mode Support is ON, and set Auto Enable .... to YES or PROMPT?

Thank You for Your reply.

Yes, I tried it - both - with no success.

Smile

ok everything now is ok after hard and annoying work.
So what worked for me:

1. Turn off BB and take out a battery for couple minutes.
2. Clean computer from all installed BB managers etc.
3. Restart PC
4. Install newest BB device manager - write in google ''500_b028_english.exe'' (it will not ask for restart PC)
5. Turn on You BB
6. Go to your antivirus and turn all firewall off (really all)
7. Try another USB input for your BB cable.
8. Connect it to PC and it should finally pop up that BB is connected

Please do not double post. Another attempt is to remove your password if you have one and see how the item processes
