Default gps on 9530

i have a 9530 originally from verizon. the gps on it use to work until i did a factory reset. can anyone tell me how to get this to start working again? i've been standing in d sun for 30 mins and still cant get a gps fix on my position

Do you have "Location Services" set to on?

Verizon blocked GPS at one time on all of their devices.

yeah, location services is set to on. u think they blocked them again?
