Exclamation Problem with my BB Storm 9500, please help :(.

Hi guys, thanx for this AWSOME website, yesterday i had a problem with my BB Storm 9500, for no reason the screen went black but i can c that the light is on, however it starts sometimes and sometimes it just wont , i mean the screen, i did a format from menu>Security options> general options> wipe handheld,, but still the same problem, should i do a full format or what?

please help me i feel lost without my BB :"(

If you do a normal reboot... powered ON, remove the battery about five minutes and replace to reboot... anything?

i did that already yesterday and left it for more than five minutes but still nothing :S.

Do I understand you to mean, remove the battery with the unit POWERED UP? If so, I've been doing it all wrong... not the first time, mind you.
