hi guys ive tried allday and getting nowhere maybe you guys solved it before but when i try plug it into my computer it cant pick up the driver keeps saying
usb not recognized and downloaded desktop manger 6 and 5 and still nothing can anybody help me?

yeah it did but switch to new laptop and plug it in its windows 7 and doesnt work nomore

Have you tried different USB ports or a different cable?

try so make you 7 in XP Mode, there is an XP mode if i am not mistaken

use the older version of desktop manager, V 4.7.0.32 platform, it works fine with me.
