I have the same problem like many others with a contact that cannot be deleted because it is controlled by outside source I haven't found a cure for this but when I try to use voice commands initialise begins and stops at 4% then cuts out I presume caused by this rogue contact (B) I could live with the stuck contact but I desperately need voice commander when driving any help PLEASE
