Default Need some help with an unlocked Storm on ATT

I have a unlocked Storm and I have BES up and running on my ATT account. I'm getting my corporate emails, which is great.

However, 2 key things are missing from the phone.
The Internet browser and Blackberry Messenger.

Device Manager shows both are installed but they are nowhere to be found on the phone. I've checked all folders and unhid everything.

I have a data plan (obviously since BES is working), so I don't know why the service books would be screwed up. I tried going to the ATT BIS site to resend service books but when I put in my PIN and IMEI, it says it sent me a message, which I assume is going to BBM, which I don't have.

Any advice?
