I have added all of my contacts in Outlook 2007 and want to sync them with my Storm 2 but on my DM 6.0.1.18 Outlook is not listed in applications to sync with. I have loooked and have not found a thread stated the fix for my version of DM with my Version of Outlook. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

How did you install Office on this machine? If you installed using "click to run" then that could be why it's not listed. Try reinstalling from the Office disk or from normal downloaded installer file.
