9550 Phone Keys - Double Press??

Default 9550 Phone Keys - Double Press??

Morning all,

When I am using the phone portion of my 9550 I have to press a key twice in order to listen to vms, erase msgs, etc. Does anyone else have this problem, and is there a fix for it?

Hi Steve! You have to press it longer in order to work.
