cant use my storm 9530 while its charging. pls help

I just bought a new storm 9530 and while its connected to the power adapter and its charging, and I try to use it will hang or become unresponsive. Can someone pls help me resolve this. Thanks.

I hv that p with mine too! I was told to find out if my charger was original, if yes,then I need to flash my(NEW)phone. Tip was from an expert.I'm still trying to find out more soft solutions.
