Uncaught Exception 10 >= 10

Anyone ever get this error after a battery pull? or using Quickpull? or using MeterBerry?

Uncaught exceptions are most often caused by a third-party app that was poorly written or that is incompatible with your version of the OS.

I believe it is the latest Bolt browser that I installed over the weekend. Uninstalling now.
