my cell phone very often jammed when opening more than one application, especially when downloading while playing games / listen to music. Why? And how the fix is. Thanks

Reboot the device. With it powered ON, remove the battery about a minute, and replace to reboot.

Thank you. One again, my cell phone often restarts itself if used to open several applications, eg Facebook, opening the game etc. Why is that? Is a virus? And how do I fix this? Thank you.

There are no BlackBerry viruses.

How much free memory is on the BB? Not very familiar with the 9550.

It's not a virus.

It's because you have too many applications open at the same time. Choose Menu > Close or Exit and close some of them.

Is that the free device memory or the microSD card (which doesn't matter).
