Selling my 9950

I got a 9900 on Tuesday and someone wants my Storm2. Now what are the steps I need to do to basically wipe all the crap apps and return it to a factory like state? It already has OS 5.0.0.1082 bundle 1754 on it.

Do a security wipe (device options) and selection the option to remove third-party apps.
