i load os using BBSAK but i forgot to delete the vendor.xml file..then after reboot the "reload software:507" appear on the whit screen..how to solve this problem..i've try try to reload os using DM..but it say that i have to verify the internet connection..but when i use the BBSAK it takes no action.. can anyone help me..? or have any idea to solve this problem..

Wipe with JL_cmdr (see the FAQ) and then reload the OS after deleting the vendor.xml file.

Make sure you follow our direction in the sticky in the 9500 section included in the OS thread for your device. Also remember to load the OS for your specific device, i.e. a 9530 OS will not work on a 9520.
