No, it will not operate on Sasktel's CDMA network as the 9520 is not a CDMA device. If you need to use CDMA, you need a 9550. You can, however, use the device on Sasktel's HSPA network but I would recommend using a 9860 instead of the 9520.

Correct. The 9700 will operate on the HSPA network, but not the old CDMA one.
