What is the memory and processor difference between the Javelin and the Tour?

I don't have the exact specs, but I think I read that the prcessor on the tour will be as fast, if not faster Than the bold 9000 therefore it will be faster then the 8900. I could be wrong but I think that's what I read.

Bold is 128MB, 8900 Curve is 256MB, 9630 Tour is 256MB

Processor specs aren't officially released, but the prevailing thought is that:

8300: 312 MHz
8900: 416 MHz
9000: 528 MHz
9600: 528 MHz

The Bold's cpu is 624MHz which to date, is the fastest Blackberry in terms of MHz alone.
