Has anyone looked into how to lock down the Tour so that users can't subscribe to VZNavigator, Visual Voicemail or download expensive Blackberry Store apps?

I am checking with Verizon to see if they have a corporate program to prevent users from downloading and charging up new fees, I'll let you know what I find out. If anyone has solved this problem, please post! BES Software policy doesn't seem to have any impact since the apps are already installed.
