Default Need Help with my Blackberry Tour

Please Login to Remove!

I just recently got the blackberry tour from verizon and love it but have one problem. My friend has the tour also and when people call him their picture from facebook comes up. BUT on my phone no pictures come up but under each contact their facebook name is input. Does anyone know how to make the facebook pictures appear?

You need to link your Facebook application to your contacts application in the Facebook options. That will cause it to periodically go out and pull Facebook data, including pictures. It's possible, however, that your BES Admin will have this feature turned off.

Here's a funny one for you. I am having this same problem and I am my company's BESAdmin.... I have double checked the policys, we are still on 4 we haven't moved to version 5 yet. So I imported the policy and make sure it was not configured to block that access, but it still doesn't work. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
