i downloaded a video from an email and now i can't delete it. it keeps saying "this video is in use" when i try to delete it. I have tried a battery pull even to make sure it is closed completely. if someone can tell me what i am doing wrong i would greatly appreciate it!

Press the menu key and look near the top of the list. Do you see an option called "Now Playing..."?
If so, the media player has it open.
Select the "Now Playing..." entry.
When the media player appears, highlight and click the stop button (The one with the solid square)
Then try to delete the email again.

Then I would suggest connecting to your computer with Desktop Manager with mass media mode enabled. Use Windows Explorer to find the video and try to delete it from there.

Do you have encryption enabled on the media card?
