Default Do Not See Enable HTML setting

Our CEO purchased a new Tour. Everything sync'ed with our BES. He has a personal account as well as the corporate account on the Tour. When we go to email settings for the personal account, the Enable HTML setting is there to turn on or off. When we go to the Desktop setting, it is not there. He want to receive HTML for email from his corporate account.

What version of BES? You need to be at least version 4.1 with Service Pack 6.
