You may have a lemon. Mine doesn't do any of that.

I never had a curve. This is my first Blackberry and it's great, except for the low volume bluetooth problem.

Yeah, Google Maps works fine on my Tour, maybe a little slow, but it works. I do miss my E71 though. Too bad AT&T has terrible service.
