I performed a few searches over the last few days since getting my new Tour, but have not found the answer that I was looking for regarding the managing of the Contact Alerts, I do however know how to create Contact Alerts.
Since the new OS seems to have changed the way that you can establish changes to messaging & phone calls from certain contacts, I'm having a hard time trying to continually manage my new "contact alerts".
I am on various support teams within my company and spend short lengths of time(1 week at a time) in an 'on-call' status. with my previous BB's I had profile exceptions set up that I could select when I was 'on-call' and when I wasn't, I could un-select that profile exception.
With my Tour I have established the "Contact Alerts" to perform the same kinds of actions as I had previous established. This works very well.
My question is, what is the best way, or any way, to be able to manage these without have to delete and rebuild these "Contact Alerts" each week when I want to turn them off then back on the following week?
