This would be helpful so people have an idea if some issues are hardware or software. I know the phone is new but I really don't know where else to get help because no other tech support seems to be helping.

I think this is still pretty accurate.

Keep in mind that not everyone has all the problems listed there. I've had virtually no problems with mine.

Same here. We (girlfriend and I) haven't had 95% of the problems mentioned...

No problems whatsoever for me either-best BB I have ever owned!

I've been lucky with most of these issues. Trackball very occasionally acts up, but not consistently. My battery has been durable. The boot times are long, but I don't boot often.

I do wish I could get Google Maps to access the GPS. That is my biggest issue - and I do have Location On, etc etc. I've followed every recommendation - but I do see on the Google blog that many Sprint users are out of the water on this with the Tour until they release a fix.
