Unhappy Reading Web Pages

Please Login to Remove!

On my 8830, web pages were sized for reading on the screen. When I search the web on the Tour, the text is too small to read so I click on the screen to enlarge the text. When I do this, I have to scroll back and forth because the screen is not wide enough to fit the type.

What am I doing wrong? Is there a setting to make web pages more readable like they were on the 8830?

Click the menu key and try column view.

Thanks zerog46, that seems to be a good work around. Do you know why this is different from the 8830 that seems to default to a mobile screen view?

You can set it to always stay in column view in Browser > Options > General Properties > Default View. You can also change the font size there, just be sure to save your changes. I was going nuts with the small font until I found that.

I don't know why, but it seems the Tour comes set in page view by default.
