Default New Tour on Verizon cant see Pictures folder on Mem card

Please Login to Remove!

Hello

I just got a new Tour I switched from a Sprint Pearl to Verizon Tour.

I took the memort card from my pearl and put it in my tour and when I plug into laptop I cannot see the pictures folder on the memory card.

It worked great with the pearl, I could transfer pictures to my laptop no problem.

All I see is Music and videos folder.

Is this s Verizon thing, or should I put the mem card that came with the tour in and see if that makes a difference ?

By the way I love this Tour, no issues so far at all besides not seeing my pics folder on memory card.

Thanks

Do you have Mass Storage Mode enabled on the Tour?

Mass storage mode is enabled, but auto enable Mass storage mode when connected is set to NO.

I just changed it to yes and it works great now.

Thanks that should of been obvious to me.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
