Trying to conserve battery power. On the tour, how can I check as to which appps are active and how do you close an app? Thanks.

On my Curve and my old Pearl I could press and hold Alt, then press Back to see the Task Manager, showing all running application. On your Tour, you can try press and hold on the BlackBerry (Menu) button--I think I remember reading somewhere that performs the same function.
