Default Tour locked up - battery reset ineffective - help?

Please Login to Remove!

I took my Tour out of the holster and saw the spinning clock. None of the keys have any effect. I have removed and replaced the battery three times - no change. Spinning clock no matter what. I cannot power the unit off.

Any ideas? Help appreciated, if there is a solution before heading to the Verizon store.

Never mind. It's back. No idea what happened but after five minutes of clock it got its brains back together. Thanks.

Sounds like an application conflict perhaps? Did you download and install anything lately?

Five minutes??

Sounds like it rebooted for some reason and wasn't done. Before I deleted and recreated my BES profile, my Tour was taking nearly 8 minutes to boot. Down to about 4 now.

Probably nothing wrong
