Yes, it does apply still if you are upgrading. The only catch is the free phone has to be activated under the same family plan as the first one.

Not Any blackberry for 50. It reads like this: "Buy any Blackberry"....."Like the Storm, for 50 bucks"....

So only the Storm is 50 bucks. The tour is still 150

If you buy the tour online, you get a 100 discount, making it 50. Or you can buy it in store and get a 100 mail in rebate. So the tour IS 50 in the end, however you look at it.

I just bought four Tours last week at my local store, and they gave me the online price plus BOGO. So out the door I payed just a little of $100 for four Tours.

I just upgraded one of my employees online through MyBiz and the price showed $149.99, as the others have. At checkout, a pop-up came up and said we were eligible for an additional discount. The price ended up being $69.99.
