Default Data Transfer...OH NO...Help

Please Login to Remove!

Just received and activated my Tour. Transferred data from my 8830 and got an error message about something 'outdated'? I did not pay much attention and hit the OK button thinking I was stopping the transfer..wrong. It transferred my 8830 data but now some of the applications do not display properly (VZ NAV) being one of them. Ughhh....Would it be best to start over again and if i want to return the Tour to its factory condition can someone help? Sorry for not being more specific about the error message as I thought I was exiting out of the transfer.

Default

you can do so with JL_Cmder, using the reset to factory option...

See Method One here:
Remove IT Policy - BlackBerryFAQ

You can remove the apps it installed from Options > Advanced > Applications, then run the reset to factory command.
