I have a user who has a Tour and he gets some emails with attachments.
He cannot read the body of the email that was sent as Plain text, but it shows up as an attachment, right above the attachment that was sent with the email. He can open the attachment that was sent as an attachment, but when we try to open the Plain text attachment, we can read anything in it.
If the email is sent by HTML he can read the body of the email with no problem.
We are using Outlook some 2003 and some 2007.
Any ideas?

Are the ones he is having trouble with forwards? I have had a couple come to me that were forwarded to me that was forwarded to someone else came in as attachment.

No it is just emails sent with Outlook 2007, that have an attachment. If he forwards himself the email from his Outlook he can view the email completely.
