Default Tour Email issues........

Please Login to Remove!

I recently moved from the Curve to the Tour. When I receive an email I have the option to reply. Once I reply, it doesn't give me an option to send the reply email. I can send an email that is new, just unable to reply. I have looked through all the setting and don't see anything about this. Also, it refuses to download attachments to emails as well. Help anyone? Thanks.

Is this a BES or a BIS email account.

If it is BIS (hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc), delete the account and re-add it.

Also please update your profile to help us help you with future questions.
