I just got the BB tour phone 31 days ago..and today the internal earpiece spear seems to have burnt :( Really getting dissappointed with this phone.
I can hear incoming calls ring, but once I answer there is no sound; The other person can hear me though. I can't hear a thing if I make call.
If I turn on the speaker phone it works fine.
You pay so much for these, and thats what happens..

I had that happen with my curve a couple time. Battery pull will fix it for awhile but it will come back. I would get a replacement.

I tried the battery pulling/restarting/resending service books etc..so far nothing seems to help. cheers.

You never used any kind of headset or anything right? Plug in or bluetooth?

Yeah I would call and have them send you another one. I am not sure how your carrier works but Verizon is always cool with it since its a blackberry and they are really allowed to do much with them except send you another one. Going to probably be refurb though.
