Please Login to Remove!

I have pictures on my blackberry Tour that I want to transfer to my PC. I have the Blackberry desktop manager installed and have tried to use the Media Manger app and the blackberry media synch. The Media Manager states that it doesnt recongnize the photo files. Any ideas on how I can download my pics to my PC?
