| HELP! NO BES Option! Please Login to Remove! I bought a new BOLD yesterday with Verizon and when I got to email setup, I saw both options (create or add an email address, and use a work email account with BES) However, I added my personal gmail account first, and now when I try to add my work email, the second option (BES) is no longer there! Under SERVICES STATUS, it says the BES is not connected. Can somebody help me with this? I's difficult to search for this on this forum. |
