Default VZW website upgrade order?

Please Login to Remove!

I've been trying to order a Tour via the VZW website under the new every 2 plan. I've been eligible since July, have a My Verizon account as the account owner, etc.

The Add to Cart button simply doesn't work. And no feedback, such as "out of stock" or anything.

Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

Did you login and then select "upgrade phone" and select the line you're trying to upgrade? If so and its still not working then just give them a call and place your order that way. Btw, not sure if they're still offering free overnight shipping but the code is freeovernt.

you might want to contact VZW. that really isnt a BES or Blackberry problem. at all.

Fwiw, sometimes the VZW site doesn't work correctly for me. You really need to just call them or go into a store.

Like stated above, just contact CS or go into one of their stores. They will be happy to help you out with your upgrade.

I would contact CS service that way you get the discount right up front instead of having to waiting for the Visa card. I still have not gotten mine and I bought mine launch day June 10th.

I am not sure but I think NOTHING happens unless you first select some button which wants your current model??? I recall sitting staring at a screen and could not get beyond a certain point.
