| Verizon service/cancel Please Login to Remove! I bought a Tour the week it came out and since my wife and I have had to exchange several times due to trackball issues. I have reached a point of frustration and want to cancel and just go back to my old carrier. I know this will be an up hill fight with Verizon. Any suggestions on where or whom to begin the conversation? Thank |
