Default Verizon service/cancel

I bought a Tour the week it came out and since my wife and I have had to exchange several times due to trackball issues. I have reached a point of frustration and want to cancel and just go back to my old carrier. I know this will be an up hill fight with Verizon. Any suggestions on where or whom to begin the conversation? Thank

If it is past the 30 day try it out period, you will need to pay the ETF and be done with it.
