I'm coming from a Palm Treo Pro to the Tour. If I go to Sprint will they be able to transfer my contacts over to the Blackberry?

They *should*, since Sprint supports both the Treo Pro and the Tour. Just to be safe, you should sync your Treo Pro with Outlook on your pc. Then you can sync the BlackBerry to Outlook and get all your contacts plus calendar entries to migrate over.
