Okay I just got my BB Tour and love it. But I did not get the CD for Desktop. I have downloaded desktop from shortcut on this website and BB website. No good. It install but never install BB folder to all programs. Even tried searching for it no good. Does not even give me option to make a folder during installing process. Sprint phone and ot sprint store for over 300 miles. I need help with this please. Thanks guys/gals.

Also just add its acts like it installs it because when you got to install it again say repair or uninstall. But not om my laptop. XP what im running. No Blackberry folder/program.
