This is my first BB ever, and its a Tour. My question is I've had it for about a week now and it seems to be alot slower to reacting to the track ball movement. Also the web browser seems very slow also. What can i do to fix these probelm??? Im on Verzion carrier also.

Trackball you can change the sensitivity in option and screen/keyboard. If you are on the default OS of 4.7.1.40 you can check this by going to option and about. Upgrading the 4.7.1.53 would be recommended has been known to fix speed and trackball issues. Make sure you do a backup first though and follow directions very carefully. Or you could even go to 4.7.1.57
