You really do need to explain your issue in more detail.
Have you downloaded AND installed JLCmder to your PC?
On Vista, are you installing it with Administrator rights? (right click on the installer icon and choose).

If you're "illiterate" as you say, why would you be jumping straight to jl_cmder? How about using the more "illiterate" friendly Desktop Manager? What's wrong with the device?
