I have the latest version BB messenger and I receive good, but I cant send.

Every time I start a dialog I type then send, but all what it gives me a waiting
symbol (the pink clock) on the side. it never delvers.

and that doesn't happen when I start replying a recently received message


P.S. OS (5.0.0.230 platform 4.2.0.61)

Are you able to compose and send a PIN message to the person you're trying to BBM with?

Your carrier is listed as "don't know or don't have". What does that mean? What network are you using?

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your line? You have to have the BlackBerry data plan, not a regular data plan.

the problem was solved after I tried to remove the "Activation Required" which was displayed instead of the name of the crier on the top of my home screen.

just for the record if anyone is having the same problem, here's how to remove it :

a-(if yours is Verizon)

1) (from the home screen) enter ##111111 or ##000000
2) Press the Enter button
3) Go in and change the two 10 digit numbers to something else such as your number, it doesn't really matter. -DONT CHANGE ANY OTHER NUMBERS
4) Press the blackberry menu button, select save and your good to go. The phone will reset and the initial programming needed line should be gone.
