My tour just randomly shut off while i was typing a bbm message. No, the battery level was fine, after charging the whole night. It was working perfectly fine before this happened. I've tried taking out the battery and reseting it, but it still just wont turn on. Anyone ever had this problem before??? How do I fix this? I really don't wanna deal with verizon in getting a new phone... ugh...

How long did you leave the battery out? Try leaving it out for at least 30 minutes.
