I have Verizon Wireless and I'm having problems with tethering. I've called a lot to Verizon and they even sent me a new phone trying to fix the problem but it still doesn't work. When I use VZ Access Manager and press connect all it does is say "Initializing" and then it doesn't do anything else. Can help someone please help me!!

Delete the pairing and modem. Starting from scratch, there should be no settings to add just use access manager.
