Perhaps you need to check out the specs for the Tour on both your carrier's and RIM's websites to find out what it has. Since you say you are getting it in two weeks, you probably haven't ordered it yet. You should do your research BEFORE you actually purchase.

It's not a "cool" phone. If you consider the color pearl the great thing about blackberries, I advise you to chose something else. The Tour is a very efficient business phone. If you need a phone with push email or blackberry messenger and are willing to pay for the blackberry data plan which is required, this may be the phone for you. If your primary use is for internet browsing or being "cool", probably not.

Wirelessly posted (Lets Go Canes!)

I would agree with TXLady. A BB may not be the best option for you.

The tour is great if you don't really care for random applications with bells and whistles. It's very practical and elegant. Probably its best feature is not looking like a sissy when you use it (iPhone, I'm looking at you).
