What happened to blackberry maps??? I had it on my pearl and it would give you voice turn by turn directions AND would show you traffic. The BB maps on my Tour won't do either... Google maps do traffic, but not the turn by turn.

BlackBerry Maps never had voice turn by turn directions and never had traffic updates.
It still doesn't.
You must be thinking of some other mapping software. Perhaps Telenav?

Hmmmmm, must have been sprint maps then. On further thought, you're right, it was sprint navigation.
