Just an introduction I have been a PPC user for some time now and I finally said enough is enough after spending more time on the phone and in sprint stores with phone issues than I spend at work I went a got my first Blackberry. I very familiar with the search tool but from time to time I may make a fool of myself and ask something that has been asked many times before, PLEASE forgive me in advance.
