Question Uncaught exception error, almost daily, so anoying on 9630 - 10-31-2009, 07:44 PM

Hi guys, can you please help me with this one.

There has not been a day without me getting this error message.
It occurs usually when I try to dial phone number assigned thru a shortcut, using that shortcut, or with a Visual Voice Mail application when trying to play the voicemail on the list.
Error is following:

uncaught_exception: application net_rim_bb_phone_app(69) is not responding; process terminated

It takes about 30 seconds before this error message pops out on the screen and all I can do at that point is click on OK. That usually help but sometimes I have to turn off the phone, and sometimes even reset.

Why is this happening all the time and how can I fix it?

I am running software version 4.7.1.40 on my Blackberry Tour 9630

Unless I am missing something, this is easy- take it back and get a new one. Something is messed up on your OS install for you to be getting this all the time.
