I was unable to select "more" in my email options or download attachments so I followed the instructions in another thread to resend the service books. When that did not help, I deleted the gmail account I had set up and attempted to re-add it in the "email settings" area.

I keep getting the error that says "Unable to set up . Please try again."

I have triple checked the password is correct.

Any help?

Are you using special characters in your password? Some special characters don't work in BIS.
