The Tour seems to have an OS bug that affects the Profiles. I have spent a week on this, and finally got techs at USCC to duplicate one of the errors (In vibrate mode, set email to no alert, and it still vibrates), and then got patched through to RIM.

The pre-loaded profiles don't work properly, and if you set one, you affect another. Thus, the answer is making Custom Profiles and use them exclusively. I had an additional problem that the custom profiles were also not working properly. By going into Desktop Manager, Backup and Restore, then Advanced, I was able to REMOVE sounds, refresh them, and now my Custom Profiles that I created work perfectly.
