I just called 1-888-844-0395 and said "I would like to unlock my BlackBerry" and 9 minutes later it was rebooting, unlocked

I am loving the customer service with Verizon almost as much as the coverage! Now if only it was the same price I used to pay for T-Mobile it would be 3/3

Im loving Verizon too. So far the CS seems awesome and the coverage is kick @ss. I agree that Tmo is much cheaper but its sooo worth the extra to be able to actually use my berry instead of being in crappy coverage areas where the pages take so long to load.

Agreed. While I do pay more for Verizon I have never dropped a call and have been surfing the web while others had no coverage.

I agree 100%. I have been a VZW customer for a long time because of coverage and always been happy. Sometimes it pays to hear someone else out about what they say about the competition. In my area, T-Mo is non-existent, but AT&T competes pretty will (allegedly).

One of my co-workers is an AT&T customer and I was busting on them about the "There is a map for that" commercials (which are SO cool!). They have been whining about AT&T and decided to order a Tour and dump their Bold...

The results - a new Verizon worshiper. Customer service wowed them completely. Then VZW shipped a Storm by mistake. They were wowed again with the swap, had the Tour the next afternoon and was then wowed by the device. So true when they say "It's the network". Puts AT&T to shame. Bad.

You see ATT is suing Verizon over that commerical? I thought it was awesome.
